. This program gives you all of this, plus isolates the muscles utilized in cheerleading. Utilizing progression training, this program involves the following training methodologies:
- Plyometrics to improve fast twitch muscle fibers & jumps (x jumps, knee tucks, etc.)
- Upper body exercises
- Core and abdominal strength
- Legs and glute development
- Flexibility, mobility and balance
- Overall coordination
- Footwork and agility
